Nowhere To TurnSpousal Sponsorship & Open Work Permit

nowhere to turn
A Brazilian-Canadian couple came to us when the Brazilian spouse’s Post-Graduate work permit was refused.

She had studied and completed her post-secondary program in Canada, but was attending an ineligible school. Because she has heard anecdotes about fellow students’ successful PGWPs, she was shocked when hers didn’t go through. This scenario is unfortunately common. The couple were on a tight timeline to submit their sponsorship as the Canadian husband was soon to be sent on a temporary deployment of a few months and the Brazilian wife’s student status was about to expire. We were down to the wire, but managed to submit a successful complete application with three days to spare.

In a similar situation? We can help.
